Availability of Products
Should we have available stocks; orders will be dispatched on Thursdays (excluding public holidays) after payment validation.
Should a product not be in stock, we shall advice you by email, offering an alternative product or a refund.
Every effort will be made to dispatch your order on time. Unforseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurence we will contact you via email and provide a revised delivery date if such delays occur.
When completing an "online order" you will receive an invoice via email. Check invoice thoroughly. Confirm your order via email or fax to Echo Valley Coffee. Our banking details will be supplied for payment. On receiving your confirmation, legal obligtions arise and your right to refund of monies paid in any way agreed by us are limited by our Terms & Conditions. You may not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase.

All transactions will be processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
All prices listed on Echo Valley Coffee website exclude VAT. VAT currently charged at 15% will be added to invoice. Goods shipped to addresses within the borders of South Africa are covered by South African Post Office shipping policy. Shipping charges are calculated using S.A. Post office counter-to-counter service. Should you require other forms of shipping, such as courier services, this will be charged for accordingly.
Shipping charges for International orders are quoted for, using S.A. Post Office International Parcel Services; we are not responsible for any additional charges payable, such as insurance and local taxes, including local VAT and duties. Should you wish to use other forms of delivery such as International couriers, this can be arranged but will be charged for accordingly.
Echo Valley Coffee shall not be held responsible for the failure of any carrier to deliver on time and within their scheduled times. Parcel Tracking Number will be supplied if requested for your order.
Payment in South African Rand (ZAR) may be made using one of the following formats:
EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
One of the most widely used ways of sending money online. Once you have received our banking details, add Echo Valley Coffee as a beneficiary on your Internet banking and use your surname in the reference line for your payment. Select bank to notify beneficiary of transfer. This will ensure speedy processing and delivery of your orders.
Made at a bank into our bank account. Please email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or fax (086-583-6731) the deposit slip to us quoting your surname in the reference line unique number. Please note that should you deposit a cheque a fourteen working day clearance period will be applied before shipment.
Please note: In the event of any monetary refund this amount will be South African Rands (ZAR), irrespective of any currency fluctuations since the original payment. Any refund will be made using the same format as the original payment.
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 20% handling fee. You must advise us by email or fax of your cancellation within 48 hours or receipt of your parcel and the person who made the original purchase must sign any such cancellation. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 14 days.
Please note that a refund will only be made once the goods have been received by us, undamaged. You are responsible for the cost of the return, and it is in your own interest to ensure that parcels are insured and that you use a courier that offer a tracking service. Echo Valley Coffee will not be held responsible for the non-receipt of returned goods.
In the unlikely event that any goods are delivered damage you must advise us within 48 hour of receipt, by email or fax. We reserve the right to either replace the damaged goods or if this is not possible to refund the purchase price.
The conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.
Updating of these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to the Website.
